self saucing chocolate pudding | a decadent indulgence

There is no better way to treat yourself than with a warm, gooey chocolate pudding basking in it’s own decadent sauce. This clever little twist on a traditional chocolate cake is what dreams are made of, with the finished result offering up a crisp top and dreamy chocolate sauce on the bottom. Topped with a dollop of fresh cream, this is not for the health-conscious, or perhaps the health conscious who deviate into food-heaven once in a while 🙂

The recipe is incredibly easy to make and can be whipped up quickly if you’re hosting an event. Alternatively, divide the mixture into cups for individual dessert that you can dig into on the couch.
